Taco Pie

2 tubes Crescent Rolls (We used 1 ½ tubes)

1 pound of either chicken or ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

¾ cup picante sauce

2 cups shredded cheese (or if you want more use it)

Brown meat….drain…add taco pkt and picante sauce

Place crescent roll on a 9 x 13 pan (I sprayed my pan) to make a crust

Put in the meat mixture…and top with Mexican cheese (or whatever cheese you like (I used Colby Jack)

Bake according to directions on the dough tube

Top with favorite toppings: sour cream/onion/tomatoes/shredded lettuce (is what I used)
